Even though Changelly is positioned as a cryptocurrency exchange that doesn’t require revealing identities, as a regulated third-party they can put your swap transaction on hold and they may demand additional information for KYC procedures.
If your swap gets flagged for this, you'll see that your transaction is put 'on hold' and you will have to contact compliance@changelly.com. Changelly will then send you a link that you can use to pass KYC.
