Who do I need to contact, in case of an issue?
This service is operated by our partner Changelly. If you encounter any transaction related issues, please reach out to Changelly Support with your Swap ID. There are three ways to do so:
- send an email to support@changelly.com
- use the live chat on their website
- submit a ticket via support.changelly.com.
Make sure to check whether your question is answered in Changelly’s help center, it has the most up-to-date information on common issues:
