What if I'm not at home or abroad for delivery?

If you placed your order before July 13th of 2022, you can simply wait to confirm your address. As long as you do not press the confirmation button in your email, your package won't be sent. You can either wait until you are back home or contact us via shipping@ngrave.io to change the shipping address.

If you made your order after July 13th of 2022, your order is immediately processed for shipping. You can contact shipping@ngrave.io. If your package hasn’t been shipped, we can delay it until you are back home or change the shipping address.

Once your package is shipped, you can still change the delivery options via the carrier.
